Unique Artwork (1:1)

Description: The X-ray Machine is a groundbreaking sculpture developed by artist duo Operator (Ania Catherine and Dejha Ti) to display their digital artwork series Human Unreadable without the use of screens. Instead, the X-ray Machine relies on a multi-layered, internally illuminated construction that uses engraved acrylics, LEDs, copper, steel, and advanced light sequencing to manifest choreography encoded on the blockchain as a physical object. Designed to be viewable in 360°, the X-ray Machine dissolves the notion of a “front” or “back,” inviting viewers to move around it and engage with every side. It operates in both daylight and dark environments, making it flexible for various exhibition contexts.

The first sculpture based on Human Unreadable #51, was acquired by the Arab Bank of Switzerland and debuted in Geneva (November 2024).
