European Real Estate sub-fund

The fund follows a core+ investment strategy, investing in logistics and office real estate assets across continental Europe, with a specific focus on the Benelux countries, Germany and Italy. The fund is continuously assessing potential investments when opportunities arise and in turn is also reviewing the optimal timing for the disposal of the existing assets.

  • Tax efficient structure (shareholders are not liable to any taxation in Luxembourg. Investors are responsible for filing their own taxes with the relevant authorities and should consult their own tax advisors).

     

Swiss Real Estate Opportunities sub-fund

The Swiss Real Estate Opportunities Fund (SREO) offers investors a simple way to capitalise on the stability of the Swiss economy through an investment fund specialised in Swiss Commercial Real Estate, denominated in CHF, with a target annualised IRR in the 12%-15% range, net of fees to investors, thanks to a balanced capital allocation of c. 50% in new development projects and 50% in repositioning of assets strategies across key locations in Switzerland.

  • Focus on ESG transition, development and refurbishment work, asset repositioning, to extract as much value as possible.
  • Three share classes available starting from CHF 100k minimum investment
  • Long term opportunity: 5-year investment period.
  • Tax efficiency: Swiss residents are exempt from any capital gains taxation.

Quarz’Up: Innovative Multi-activity Tertiary Complex

Quarz’Up, the ABS Group’s second club-deal, is an innovative multi-activity tertiary complex that, will cover 21,000 m² of useful surface area, designed for durability, environmental sustainability, and user comfort.
