Stéphane Sépède has a 20-year CTF track record at top-tier Swiss institutions, including BNP Paribas, ING, and Société Générale, and became managing director in 2014. Since joining ABS in December 2020, Stéphane has developed Advisory Services, notably in operational, credit, and compliance risk domains.
Patrick Pillon holds a Swiss law degree and was admitted to the Geneva bar in 1997. After serving as a partner at Woodtli & Associés, he joined BNP Paribas Suisse SA in 2000 as a member of the Management and senior legal counsel specialising in CTF. In 2009, he became Head of Legal for ABS and was appointed to the Executive Committee in 2012. In addition, he acts as Secretary of the Board of Directors and of the Board Audit & Risk Committee. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the ABS Pension Fund.
Vincent Robert holds a computer engineering degree and a PhD in maths. He was head of the IT Development Department at Union Bancaire Privée, then spent five years as a contractor. In 2013, Vincent joined ABS as Project Manager, becoming IT Manager in 2018, and was appointed Chief Operation Officer in 2023.
Imed Khammari has a Master’s Degree in Banking and Finance and held senior risk positions at the EFG Group and Ernst & Young. He was deputy Chief Risk Officer at Tradition Group for six years before becoming Chief Risk Officer of ABS in 2012; appointed to the Executive Committee in 2018.
Rachid Jami holds an MSc. in economics, working at American Express, Banque Migros, Société Générale Suisse and Senior Credit Analyst at BNP Paribas Suisse. Joining ABS in 2011 as Head of Credit and the Executive Committee in 2018, he sits on the board of directors of Arab Bank Switzerland Lebanon.
Jean-Yves Mathey-Doret holds an economics degree and is a Swiss-certified accountant. After working at Credit Suisse, Ernst & Young, Bank Safdié, and Lombard Odier Group, he became Chief Compliance Officer at Banque Cantonale Vaudoise in 2018. He joined ABS in 2021 as Chief Compliance Officer and Executive Committee member.
